All of those responsible for this screw-up should change places with those in combat defending our security abroad.
Send our combat soldiers who are replaced home and assign them to DHS, FBI, etc.--they'll do as good a job defending our nation at home as they have overseas.
Let's see how the bureaucrats make out in combat.
