sex 1 noun (chiefly with reference to people) sexual activity, including specifically sexual intercourse. 

assault VERB 1 Make a physical attack on. 

abuse VERB  1 Use (something) to bad effect or for a bad purpose; misuse.

sexual assault is not sexual abuse. 
sexual abuse is not gender bias. 

get it right, people! especially you, the media--you should know better!
