"What is the difference between calling in the SWAT team and using a robot? If the perpetrator has an opportunity to negotiate his surrender and declines the opportunity there comes a time when force is justifiable. What is the alternative, send in live cops to risk their lives to give the criminal a "fair chance". It isn't a sporting event. A fair chance is the opportunity to surrender peacefully."
