What if 18 year old Carnell was your grandson?
What if he had stolen the car?
What if he had run from the police?
Did he deserve to be shot to death by police outside his house?
Even if a handgun was found at the scene.
Did Darnell kill, wound or even fire at police officers during the encounter?
Is this "serve and protect"?
